You have read and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance by Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. Once your payment has been authorised by the bank you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. Please retain this email as it contains your order reference number Any acceptance of your order by Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. is subject to these Conditions of Sale and to the availability of stock. Once an order is confirmed it is binding. Refunds are only offered on a case by case basis and charges may apply.
Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw any Product(s) from this website and may, in its sole discretion, refuse to process an order for any reason at any time. Without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer, we will not be liable to you or a third party by reason of Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. withdrawing any products or refusing to process any order.
Availability
In rare instances, we may not be able to site your Product(s) in a suitable location, even though the website has indicated there is availability. Where this is the case, we will inform you of this by email and will give you the option of selecting another product(s) or cancelling your order.
Price and Payment
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT. The prices payable for the Product(s) that you order are as set out on the website at the time at which you place your order.
Payment may be made using a wide selection of credit and debit cards. You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used is yours. Your credit/debit card details will be transmitted via the web to a secure server. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We reserve the right to refuse credit card payments in its reasonable discretion.
Description of Product(s)
The Products depicted on this website is as seen. The reproduction of colours and styles are as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow. We do not accept responsibility for slight variances in colour and style.
Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. cannot accept any responsibility of errors in the inscription text made by a customer. We cannot accept a cancellation or make any changes should you simply change your mind, as the product(s) will be personalised as per your order specification.
Location of Bricks
The whereabouts of the stone may not be made available until the bricks are laid.
Engraving
Each engraved brick can have up to 15 characters on each line. Punctuation marks and spaces will count as 1 character.
All messages will be checked for derogatory language and phrases, and Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. reserve the right to withdraw product(s) should they deem that you intended to, or if placement of the Product(s) is likely to, cause insult, embarrassment or offence to an individual, group or organisation. If Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. receives a complaint from an individual, group or organisation in relation to the content of your Product(s) it reserves the right to remove and destroy the Product(s). In either case you shall not be entitled to any refund of monies paid to Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. and you waive your rights to make any claim for damages or any costs against Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. as a result.
All product(s) will be produced according to the product specification and your order, before being placed in a location at the new Embankment Stadium.
Ownership of stones laid within the new stadium development will remain with Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. and shall determine the specific location of each and every brick, undertake the installation and maintenance of the product(s) thereafter.
Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. retains the right to move or relocate (at any time) a product at its discretion; and may permanently remove or destroy the product on or after the tenth anniversary of its installation.
Once placed, bricks must not be altered in any way, whether this is by pen, marker, Tipp-ex, paint etc. Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. reserves the right to take appropriate action should this occur.
How long will the Bricks last?
The Bricks will last indefinitely. The manufacturer will provide a 10 year guarantee on the brick and 3 years on the lettering.
Liability
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Peterborough United Football Club Ltd’s maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Product(s) to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Product(s) in question.
Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. shall not in any event be liable to you for:
- Any direct loss; Or
- Any loss of profits, business or anticipated savings or loss of or corruption of data or any indirect loss or consequential loss what so ever even if it has been advised of the possibility of such loss. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Nothing in these conditions of sale shall exclude or limit the liability of Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. for death or personal injury due to its negligence or for its fraud. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to perform services ordered by you or any delay in doing so or for any damage to or defect in goods delivered caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Data Protection
By placing an order with us you consent to us processing your data for the purpose of fulfilling your order, which will involve us disclosing your data to our partners involved with the production process. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of the information which we hold about you and the other uses to which that information will be put.
Force Majeure
Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure to install the Product(s) to the extent that such delay or failure arises from causes beyond the reasonable control of Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. including, but not limited to, fire, floods, acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, war, riot, strike, lock-out and industrial disputes.
Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies, or any subsequent breach of any provision of these Conditions of Sale.
Entire Agreement
These Conditions of Sale, together with the Terms of Use, Returns Policy, current Product prices, delivery details and contact details on this Website, set out the whole of the agreement between you and Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. Peterborough United Football Club Ltd’s employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the products unless confirmed in writing by Peterborough United Football Club Ltd. You confirm that you do not rely on, and waive any claims for breach of, any such representations, which are not so confirmed.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Gift Card Purchases
Can only be redeemed at www.embankmentstadium.com in one transaction. Gift cards bought on this website cannot be redeemed for any other product or service sold by Peterborough United Football Club Ltd.
Gift cards have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.
If the order exceeds the amount paid for the Gift Card and hence the value of the activation card, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
- Any remaining funds on Gift Cards are not redeemable
- No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Card activation codes and such Gift Cards shall not be refunded.
Only Gift Cards purchased through authorised channels will be redeemable. Gift Cards purchased through non-authorised channels may be de-activated
